Reiya brings Yukito, Suzuka and Kotomi, the school doctor and a currently unnamed blonde to his summer mansion in the country side. Escaped convicts hide out in the same area and destroy the bridge, leaving them unable to escape the mansion. Kotomi dies during the chaos. The doctor uses the chaos to steal Suzuka?s diary and blackmail her over some embarrassing entry. Meanwhile, Reiya has collapsed due to the stress of the situation and Otaha feels its her duty to take care of him since they are engaged at the behest of their families. Reiya wants to be closer to Otoha, but as he knows that she loves someone else, does not press her. Later that night by the pool, the two start to get intimate.
